1994 — Where it started

ISTC Chandigarh.
Mechatronics & Industrial Automation.

I grew up in Himachal Pradesh and came to Chandigarh in 1994 to study Mechatronics and Industrial Automation at ISTC. Those four years shaped everything — not just technically, but in how I think. Systems. Cause and effect. Why things work, and why they fail.

I've been a technology person since before it was fashionable. The kind who reads manuals for fun, pulls things apart to understand them, and gets genuinely excited when something complicated becomes simple.

That hasn't changed in 28 years. The domains have changed. The scale has changed. The obsession with how things actually work — that's stayed exactly the same.

1998 — 2022

28 years.
Always in the field.

After ISTC, I went into IT. Eighteen years building in technology — infrastructure, systems, enterprise software. Then eight years in healthcare technology, where the stakes are different and clarity isn't optional.

Along the way I built Bagful — started as a dependable digital infrastructure company, still running, still growing. Domains, servers, cloud, AWS, business email, security. The kind of work that doesn't make headlines but keeps everything else running.

In 2024 I moved into real estate through Fidus Assets — commercial and residential in Punjab, NRI purchases, and second homes in Himachal. Being Himachali, the hills aren't just a market to me. They're home territory.

The French Skool came from a belief that language education — done properly — changes trajectories. TEF/DELF certification for Canada-bound students. ISTCKonnect came from loyalty to where I started — the alumni network from the '94 batch, growing daily.

And then FIDUS FLO — the distillation of everything I've learned about why businesses lose leads, miss follow-ups, and fail to convert despite genuine effort. A structured marketing and sales system built for consistent growth.

2022 — The setback
Major surgeries.
A serious health chapter.

2022 brought major surgeries and a health setback that stopped everything. It forced a complete rebuild — physically and in how I think about systems, discipline, and what actually matters.

The Average to Epic journey in 2025 was the answer. 100 days. Daily videos. All the way to Everest Base Camp. Not as a fitness challenge — as a proof of concept. The same discipline applied to business systems works on the hardest system of all: your own body after it breaks.

2026 is Can & Able. Started at T−274. Goal undisclosed. Sep 11 is the date. Every day documented on YouTube. The discipline continues. The destination is earned, not announced.

I work with founders and operators who want calm, structured progress — not another tool, not another campaign, not more volume. People who've realised that the problem isn't effort. It's clarity.

My work spans corporate and institutional sales across hospitality, education, and manufacturing. Solution-led conversations where follow-through and credibility matter more than pitch.

I'm open to collaborations in AI, education, real estate, and digital infrastructure. I don't take on everything. I take on work where I can be genuinely useful.
