“Don’t buy a home. Rent and invest instead.”
Here’s my view: Owning a home isn’t about returns. It’s about having a place you can always return to — where your family is safe, and you sleep peacefully because you’re home.
I’ve lived all my life in Chandigarh, built one home there and another in Mohali later. For me, that foundation made everything else possible.
