Who said it takes 21 days to form a habit? I believe it takes one day… repeated again, and again, and again.

It rained again today, so no cycling outdoors. Instead, I checked the goals I set back on Day 3:

Gut (Food & Supplements): ✅ Done. I now know what to have, and what not — and I’ll keep sharing out-of-routine additions as posts.

Glutes (Physical): today’s workout done, with a 4-week plan to build stamina, legs, and upper body balance.

Systems (AI/Automation/Delegation): Bagful continues to support SMEs with their cloud infra needs. Personally, I’ll be sharing what I implement to save time and be more efficient — maybe even some personal AI tools.

Communication: improving daily through these videos. I’d love your feedback.

(You may notice some sync error in today’s video — can’t do much now, but I’ll make sure it’s better in the next ones.)
