I built systems in medical diagnostics for 15 years — 1998 to 2013. GE Medical Systems. North India, Nepal, Sri Lanka. Teleradiology. Real work. Then I moved on to something else.
But those 15 years didn't disappear. They didn't become less valuable just because I wasn't talking about them.
The shift happened 185 days ago when I started coming on camera and speaking about what I actually know. What I've built. What I can do. That visibility opened doors I didn't expect.
The lesson isn't complicated: if you know something, if you've built something, if you can do something for your clients, your people, your friends, the people around you — don't keep it to yourself.
Come on camera. Be visible. Tell the story.
The opportunities will follow. Don't delay it.
