You advertise on Meta. Meta is not on your side. Here's a test you can run in two minutes to prove it.

Open Instagram and scroll. Submit your name as a lead on anything — a phone, a home, a car. Then watch what fills your feed. More of the same category, over and over.

By submitting your name as a buyer, you confirmed to Meta that you're in need. That makes you a good lead, and that lead goes out to every advertiser targeting that audience. Yours, and your competitor's.

Which is why the response window decides everything. When Meta sends you a lead, you respond before somebody else gets there first. Not in two days. Not when someone remembers.

If you can't be available all the time, automation is the answer. Not to replace the conversation — to make sure it starts.
