"Ek chutki sindoor ki keemat tum kya jaano, Ramesh Babu." He doesn't value it — because he never had it. And that's the truth about most things: we only value what we once had, and then lost.

I was an avid runner for years, until an illness took it away from me. For more than a year, I've been documenting the comeback — walking, then running, and now climbing mountains. This September, I hope to go beyond 6,000 metres.

Health, once gone, is very hard to get back. I'm living proof of that.

So while I prepare for the climb — take some time off your busy routine and spend it on your health. Because in a few years, we'll all have money to spend. The question is whether we'll have the body to spend it, and explore the world.

If my skills in AI and automation can help save you some time for your health, reach out. I'll be happy to help.
