As a business, you might not need me — and I say that as someone whose work is automation.
If your business is growing and nothing is breaking, if leads are being followed up and clients are getting their answers, you're doing fine. Don't let anyone sell you a system you don't need.
But there comes a time when leads start slipping through the cracks, follow-ups get delayed, and the callbacks you promised never happen. That's when systems matter — and a good founder foresees it, putting them in place before scaling, so they grow with the business instead of scrambling to catch up.
One honest thing most people won't tell you: AI and automation come at a cost. Make the business profitable and stable first. It should be able to afford these systems before you buy them.
When you're at that point, you'll know. DM me — I'll be around.
