Rest day after Saturday's 21km on the Malla Hills route.

Plan for the next three months: train hard, go back every two weeks, improve. Strength, mobility, yoga in the mix. An old injury pattern showed up at the 9th km — managed with reduced speed, needs attention.

The route is beautiful. Hard, but beautiful.
