This morning — 21.10km. Malla, Panchkula hills. 501 metres of elevation. Started before sunrise. Six years since I last ran this far. Two hip surgeries between then and now. At 10.54km — point of no return. After that, finishing was the only option. Every kilometre after that — a celebration. The qualification target for September — two half marathons. The Sham Kamboj of 2040 will thank me for this morning. Can & Able. Body for endurance.
