Today’s update:

Met the ortho. Diagnosed with tendinitis. Off running for at least a week. The focus now is on strengthening the muscles that matter for running: glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, hip flexors, and core, along with proper warm-ups and rehab.

This is the first injury of the journey, and it’s a reminder that sustainable progress comes from patience and structure, not pushing through signals.

The journey continues. Just smarter.
